- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Citrus Zest Mix 2 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin a pinch
- Raisins 0 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar, then add melted butter.
Step 2
Gradually add the sifted flour, mixing well.
Step 3
Add the baking powder and vanillin.
Step 4
Grate the lemon zest and add it to the batter.
Step 5
Add the raisins and mix.
Step 6
Fill the greased molds with the batter up to 2/3 full and bake at 355°F for 25 minutes.
