Description
Kugel is an Ashkenazi dish, a casserole made from just about anything, from pasta to cherries.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 15 oz
- 33% Cream 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 6 pieces
- Raisins 5 oz
- Egg noodles for wok 20 oz
- Graham Crackers 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
- Salt 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the noodles in salted water, adding a tablespoon of salt.
Step 2
Mix the eggs, sugar, cottage cheese, sour cream, milk, raisins, and cinnamon with a mixer, then add the noodles and pour everything into a baking dish.
Step 3
Drizzle the cornflakes with melted butter, sprinkle with kugel mixture, and place in an oven preheated to 340°F for half an hour.
