- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 0 qt
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add eggs, salt, baking soda, and sugar to the cottage cheese and mix well.
Step 2
Add flour to the cottage cheese mixture and knead the dough like dumpling dough (add more flour if necessary).
Step 3
Form balls from the dough, approximately 2 cm in diameter.
Step 4
Fry in hot oil (so that the balls float) until golden brown.
