Cottage Cheese Dessert with White and Dark Chocolate
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 30 oz
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Semolina 3 tablespoons
- Salt a pinch
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon
- White Chocolate 0 oz
- Cream 2 tablespoons
- Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend the cottage cheese in a blender, adding the yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, semolina, until smooth.
Step 2
Whip the egg whites with salt until peaks form. Gently fold into the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 3
Take 3 tablespoons of the cottage cheese mixture, add flour and cocoa, mix well, and shape into hearts and balls.
Step 4
Place the cottage cheese mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Push the hearts and balls into the mixture at varying depths.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 355°F for about 45 minutes. Cool in the pan.
Step 6
Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath and draw chocolate hearts and circles on parchment paper.
Step 7
Also melt the white chocolate in a water bath, mix with cream. Cover the cottage cheese dessert with white chocolate and decorate with hearts and circles.
