Description

It's better to use homemade cottage cheese. You can add vanilla or cinnamon to the cottage cheese mixture. You can also replace the fruits with those you love or have on hand.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese 10 oz
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Gelatin 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Bananas 2 pieces
  • Kiwi 2 pieces
  • Donut Peaches 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mash the cottage cheese with a fork.

Step 2

Thoroughly mix the sour cream and sugar, then combine with the cottage cheese.

Step 3

In warm milk, sprinkle in the gelatin, heat, and bring to a boil, but do not boil. Stir until the gelatin dissolves. Mix with the cottage cheese. Cut the fruits into pieces or wedges, as desired.

Step 4

Take a mold (I used glasses). Layer as follows: banana, cottage cheese mixture, kiwi, cottage cheese mixture, peach, cottage cheese mixture.

Step 5

Sprinkle with grated chocolate or drizzle with liquid chocolate.

Step 6

Place in the refrigerator for one hour.
