Cottage Cheese Crumble Pie
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 2 glasses
- Butter 5 oz
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Sugar 1 glass
- Vanillin 1½ g
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the frozen butter using a coarse grater. Add 2 cups of flour and 0.5 cups of sugar, and mix until crumbly.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the cottage cheese, 0.5 cup of sugar, and vanilla sugar. Mix until smooth. The filling is ready.
Step 3
In a baking dish, layer in three stages: crumble, cheese filling, crumble.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F. Bake for 30 minutes.
