- Milk 0 fl oz
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee ½ can

Step 1
Using a blender, whip the cottage cheese and condensed milk until smooth.
Step 2
Add the milk and blend thoroughly again.
Step 3
Pour the cottage cheese mixture into silicone molds and place in the freezer for 4–5 hours.
Step 4
Remove the ice cream from the molds.
