Ingredients

  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon
  • Activated Baking Soda ¼ teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Cottage cheese 10 oz
  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Corn Starch 1 teaspoon
  • Vanillin ⅓ teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Beat the butter with sugar (80 g), baking soda, and the egg. Mix the flour with cocoa powder and gradually add it to the dough. It should not stick to your hands. Do not knead for too long. Set aside ¼ of the dough. Place the larger portion in a 20 cm baking dish, creating a border about 3–3.5 cm high, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Mix all the ingredients for the cream (do not use a mixer): 250 g cottage cheese; 70 g sugar; 100 g sour cream; 1 teaspoon cornstarch; ⅓ teaspoon vanillin.

Step 3

Spread the cream mixture over the dough. From the remaining dough, make small balls and gently press them into the cottage cheese filling. Bake the pie for about 40–50 minutes.
