- Sugar 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Semolina 0 oz
- Vanilla salt 3 teaspoons
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cream the butter with 50 grams of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar. Add 1 egg, baking powder, and flour, and knead the dough.
Step 2
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and spread the dough, forming edges.
Step 3
Add the remaining sugar, vanilla sugar, 3 eggs, cream, and semolina to the cottage cheese. Mix well and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
Step 4
Spread the cottage cheese mixture over the dough, smooth it out, and place it in a preheated oven at 355°F. Bake the pie for 30–40 minutes. Allow the pie to cool before cutting into portions (this way, the filling will set and won't be too runny).
