Cottage Cheese Cookies Without Eggs
Ingredients
- Margarine 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine softened margarine with cottage cheese and mix well. Add flour and knead the dough.
Step 2
Divide the dough into small pieces. Form each piece into a roll. Cut the rolls into pieces 4 cm wide. Roll each piece into flat cakes.
Step 3
Dip the cakes in sugar on one side. Fold in half with the sugar side inside. Dip the half-moon shape in sugar again and fold with the sweet side inside, then dip the triangle in sugar one last time and place the cookies on a baking sheet with the sugar side up.
Step 4
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180–390°F for 30–35 minutes.
