- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- Margarine 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Raisins to taste
- Nuts to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the margarine (or butter) and mix it with the sugar. Add the cottage cheese and the egg, and stir well. Incorporate the flour along with the baking powder. Add the zest, nuts, and raisins to the dough to taste, and mix again.
Step 2
Scoop portions of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper using a teaspoon. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 200-480°F.
