Ingredients
- Margarine 5 oz
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Activated Baking Soda ¼ g
- Salt ¼ g
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Sugar 1 cup
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the dough, melt the margarine, pour it into the mashed cottage cheese, add 2 egg yolks, baking soda, salt, and flour. Knead the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
For the cream, beat 2 egg whites with 1 cup of sugar.
Step 3
Divide the dough into three parts, roll out into flatbreads (about 0.5 cm thick), spread the cream on the flatbreads, and roll them up.
Step 4
Cut pieces (about 3 cm) from the rolls and place them cut side down on a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil.
Step 5
Bake until done in a preheated oven.
