Cottage Cheese Cheesecake in a Multicooker

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese 20 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Potato protein 1 tablespoon
  • Vanillin 1 piece
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • "Toplenoe Milk Cookies" 10 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Kiwi 1 piece
  • Orange zest 1 piece
  • Pastry gel 1 piece
  • Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
  • 20% Sour Cream 4 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Crush the cookies in a meat grinder. Mix the resulting flour with melted butter and cocoa.

Step 2

Transform everything into a homogeneous mass and spread it evenly across the bottom of the bowl, making sure to cover the sides. Place it in the cold while preparing the filling.

Step 3

Whip the sour cream with a mixer (blender), add sugar and eggs, then the starch and vanillin, and gradually add the cottage cheese. The mixture should be very fluffy and homogeneous, with no hint of cottage cheese.

Step 4

Remove the bowl from the cold, wipe the sides and bottom well to remove any moisture, and place it on the heating element.

Step 5

Pour the cottage cheese mixture and bake the cheesecake in the multicooker on the 'Baking' mode for 60 minutes.

Step 6

Remove the finished cottage cheese cheesecake only after it has completely cooled, slice the orange and kiwi into half-moons. Then arrange them nicely.

Step 7

Take another small pot, add the packet of gel, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 250 ml of water, mix and place on the stove. Bring to a boil and carefully pour over the cheesecake.
