- Egg 2 pieces
- Fructose 2 tablespoons
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Semolina 3 tablespoons
- Vanilla Sugar 0 oz
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Step 2
Mix the yolks with milk, add the semolina, let it sit for 5–10 minutes, and then add the remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Fold the egg whites into the main mixture and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Pour into a silicone mold and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Once cooled, dust the casserole with powdered sugar. Serve with condensed milk.
