
Cottage Cheese Casserole with Pumpkin

You can use either fresh or frozen pumpkin.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Semolina 6 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Vanilla salt 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Pumpkin 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar and salt until completely dissolved.
Step 3
Add the cottage cheese, 4 tablespoons of sour cream, 5 tablespoons of semolina, mix with the baking powder, and stir.
Step 4
Cut the pumpkin into small cubes. This will help it cook faster.
Step 5
Add the pumpkin to the cottage cheese mixture and mix thoroughly.

Grease the baking dish with butter.

Sprinkle the remaining 1 tablespoon of semolina evenly over the dish to prevent the casserole from burning.

Place the cottage cheese mixture in the baking dish and spread it evenly.

Spread 1 tablespoon of sour cream over the entire surface. Bake at 355°F for about 40–45 minutes until a golden crust forms.

Let it cool slightly before serving.
