  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
  • Bran 2 tablespoons
  • Bran 1 tablespoon
  • Dried Turkey to taste
  • Sugar Substitute to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a blender, mix the cottage cheese, yolk, and bran. Separately, whip the egg white into a thick foam and add it to the mixture along with the sugar substitute or vanilla.

Step 2

You can add any dried fruits to taste (the picture shows prunes), you can also add almonds, dried pineapple, or raisins (however, raisins may burn, so I recommend keeping an eye on them).

Step 3

Bake in the oven at 355°F for 30–35 minutes.
