  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Salt a pinch
  • Pears ¼ piece
  • Butter 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the semolina with sour cream and let it sit for 15 minutes to swell.

Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve. Add sugar, salt, and mix well.

Slice the pear into thin slices.

Whisk the eggs until frothy.

Step 5

Combine the semolina, cottage cheese mixture, and whipped eggs.

Step 6

Grease a baking dish with butter. Place half of the mixture in the dish, then carefully arrange the thin slices of pear on top, and pour the remaining cottage cheese mixture over it. Bake at 355°F for 30-40 minutes until a golden crust forms.
