Cottage Cheese Casserole with Passion Fruit
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Passion Fruit 5 pieces
- Corn Starch 2 tablespoons
- Butter ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the crumbly and soft cottage cheese, add sugar and the egg.
Step 2
Extract the pulp from 3 fruits and strain to obtain juice. Reserve the pulp from the remaining 2 fruits for decoration.
Step 3
Dissolve the cornstarch in the passion fruit juice and add it to the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 4
Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour (or nuts). Pour in the batter. Bake at 390°F for 30-40 minutes.
Step 5
Allow the casserole to cool slightly, cut into slices, place on a plate, and drizzle with the fruit pulp. Garnish with whipped cream (sour cream or yogurt).
