Description
Instead of raisins, you can use any dried fruits, canned pineapples, cranberries, or apples. It’s better to soak the dried fruits slightly beforehand. Fresh fruits can be sautéed in a pan to remove excess juice.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 15 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Semolina 4 tablespoons
- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Ground Cinnamon to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the semolina with kefir or milk to swell.
Step 2
Mix the eggs, sugar, salt, and cinnamon, and beat with a mixer.
Step 3
Add the cottage cheese, raisins, and the mixture to a large bowl. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients.
Step 4
Grease the slow cooker with oil and place the mixture inside.
Step 5
Bake in the baking mode for 30 minutes.
