
Cottage Cheese Casserole with Dried Apricots and Prunes

Description
The casserole turns out to be very tender and light. I also make a sauce from the same yogurt + honey and drizzle all this beauty.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Prunes 0 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Dried Apricots 0 oz
- Honey 0 oz
- Vanillin to taste
- Natural Yogurt 0 fl oz
- Cinnamon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the dried apricots and prunes in water either overnight or in boiling water for 1 hour or 30 minutes.
Step 2
Chop and blend them in a blender, add everything to the cottage cheese along with 2 tablespoons of yogurt and honey.
Step 3
Mix everything together. In a separate pot, whip the egg white and add it to the mixture.
Step 4
Season it with cinnamon and vanillin and mix everything. Pour into a silicone mold and place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 30 minutes, plus an additional 5 minutes on a setting to create a crust.
