Cottage Cheese Casserole with Apples and Dried Apricots
Baking and Desserts • World
Description
You can use not only apples and dried apricots for this casserole but also any berries and fruits. Almond flakes can also be replaced with chopped almonds or any nuts. The amount of flour and yogurt can be adjusted as needed — increase either ingredient depending on the consistency of the batter. Sugar is not used in the recipe since apples and dried apricots are sweet enough, powdered sugar is used after cooking. The casserole can be served hot with a scoop of ice cream or cold with tea/coffee. Enjoy your meal!
