  • Cottage cheese 10 oz
  • Semolina 5 teaspoons
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Vanilla salt 1½ g
  • Ground Cinnamon 3 spoons
  • Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
  • Activated Baking Soda 1½ g
  • Apple 1 piece
  • Kefir 5 fl oz
  • Powdered Sugar 3 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the cottage cheese, powdered sugar, egg, semolina, kefir, 1 tablespoon of oil, and add the baking soda that has been dissolved in vinegar. Stir everything together until you achieve a smooth consistency.

Step 2

Preheat the oven and the baking pan, grease the pan with butter, and dust it with a thin layer of semolina.

Step 3

Cut the apple into cubes and fold it into the batter. Mix everything together once more.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into a baking dish, drizzle with vegetable oil, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in the oven at medium heat (180–390°F) for 40 minutes, until a golden crust forms on top.

Step 5

It's best served with whipped cream, but it can also be enjoyed with sour cream, jam, or sweetened condensed milk.
