- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Semolina 6 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the cottage cheese in a deep bowl.
Step 2
Break 2 eggs.
Step 3
Measure 5 tablespoons of sugar.
Step 4
Add sour cream.
Step 5
Pour in 5 tablespoons of semolina.
Step 6
Add vanilla sugar.
Step 7
Add baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix everything thoroughly.

Grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with the remaining semolina.

Pour the cottage cheese mixture into the dish and place it in a preheated oven at 375°F. Bake for 30–35 minutes until a golden crust forms.
