Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese 30 oz
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Vanilla salt 0 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces

  • Corn Starch 3 tablespoons
  • Salt a pinch
  • Semolina 3 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
  • Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon
  • White Chocolate 0 oz
  • Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
  • Cream 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Take 3 tablespoons of the cottage cheese mixture, add flour and cocoa, mix well, and form 'hearts' and 'balls'.

Step 2

Place the cottage cheese mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Push the 'hearts' and 'balls' into the mixture at varying depths.

Step 3

Bake in the oven at 355°F for about 45 minutes. Let cool in the pan.

Step 4

Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath and draw chocolate 'hearts' and 'circles' on parchment paper.
