Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Cottage cheese 15 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Sugar 10 oz
- Chocolate to taste
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Vanillin to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pre-freeze the butter, then grate it on a coarse grater. Add half of the sugar, flour, and baking soda. Mix until crumbly.
Step 2
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add the remaining sugar and eggs. You can also add vanillin and grated chocolate.
Step 3
Place half of the crumble mixture in a baking dish. Spread it out without pressing down. Then add the cottage cheese filling on top, followed by the remaining crumble.
Step 4
Put the dish in a preheated oven at 430°F (428 degrees Fahrenheit) for 30 minutes. Once ready, let it cool and refrigerate until completely chilled.
