- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Peeled chestnuts 4 pieces
- Black Currant Jam 3 tablespoons
- Walnuts 3 tablespoons
- Frozen black currant puree 5 oz
- Semolina 5 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the sour cream and cottage cheese until smooth.
Step 2
Add the black currants and black currant jam.
Step 3
Add the semolina and crushed walnuts.
Step 4
Line the baking dish with parchment paper, pour in the mixture, and spread it evenly.
Step 5
Sprinkle some crushed walnuts on top, add a few generous spoonfuls of jam, and place a few whole walnuts for decoration.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 40 minutes until golden brown.
