Description
For the cream you will need: 500 ml of milk, 1 egg, 1 cup of sugar, 3 tablespoons of flour, vaniillin, 150–200 grams of butter, nuts.

- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Sugar 1 cup
- Vanillin to taste
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg with sugar and flour, add vanillin, pour in the milk. Whisk together, place on low heat, and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Let it cool completely. Whip the butter with a mixer, gradually adding the cooled custard mixture.
Step 2
Mix the egg with sugar, add cottage cheese, vanillin, baking soda, and gradually incorporate the flour. The dough should be firm but not too stiff.
Step 3
Divide into 6–8 pieces. Roll out thinly, prick with a fork to prevent puffing.
Step 4
Bake until golden brown in a skillet on both sides. Trim uneven edges. Let cool.
Step 5
Spread the layers with cream, sprinkle with nuts and chocolate.
