- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Pistachios 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the flour with salt into a mound.
Step 2
Beat the cottage cheese with sugar, yeast, egg, oil, milk, and finely chopped pistachios. Combine with the flour and knead the dough. Wrap in a damp towel and leave for 1 hour.
Step 3
Knead the dough again and shape it into a round loaf. Brush the surface with butter and beaten egg white.
Step 4
Bake the bread in the oven at 355°F for 20 minutes.
