Ingredients
- Chopped almonds 3 tablespoons
- Macadamia Nuts 3 tablespoons
- Hazelnut 3 tablespoons
- Crabapples 3 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Sugar 1 cup
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Cottage cheese 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the almonds.
Step 2
Finely chop the cashews.
Step 3
Finely chop the hazelnuts.
Step 4
Peel the apples.
Step 5
Remove the cores from the apples and chop finely.
Step 6
Mix the eggs, sugar, and flour. Add the cottage cheese and stir.
Step 7
Spread half of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 8
Place the apples and nuts on top of the batter.
Step 9
Spread the remaining batter on top.
Step 10
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 1 hour.
