- Plums 5 oz
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits 15 oz
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Honey 2 spoons

Step 1
Crack the eggs into a blender, add honey, and blend them into a light, homogeneous mixture. Then, add low-fat cottage cheese and continue to blend. After that, add pitted frozen cherries and mix everything until smooth. Pour the mixture into molds and place them in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Before serving, add a bit of finely chopped plum flesh to the mousse.
