Cottage Cheese Bars in Dark and White Chocolate
Ingredients
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
- Raspberry leaves 4 pieces
- White Chocolate 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath. Grease the molds and place them in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Mash the cottage cheese and distribute it in the molds, compactly so that a berry can still fit.
Step 3
Place a raspberry in each mold, cover with cottage cheese, and spread melted white chocolate on top.
Step 4
Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
