Cottage Cheese Bars in Chocolate
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 15 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- 70% Dark Chocolate 5 oz
- Vanillin 1 teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Fresh Berries to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
Step 2
Coat silicone molds with chocolate and place them in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Apply a second layer of chocolate and return to the freezer for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Whip the cottage cheese, butter, vanillin, and powdered sugar until smooth.
Step 5
Fill the molds with cottage cheese on top of the set chocolate, add berries or any other filling, and fill with more cottage cheese. Coat the top with chocolate and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the bars from the molds.
