Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the cottage cheese from two packages with two bananas sliced into rounds, add two to three tablespoons of semolina, and stir gently.

Step 2

Whisk the sugar with the eggs until the sugar dissolves, then fold the frothy mixture into the cottage cheese.

Step 3

Mix the baking powder with orange or lemon juice in a tablespoon and incorporate it into the mixture.

Step 4

Add another spoonful of semolina, yogurt, starch, and a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Step 5

Mix everything with a mixer.

Step 6

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and sprinkle with semolina. Pour the mixture into the dish and arrange banana slices and orange pieces cut into triangles on top, gently pressing them into the mixture.
