Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Dried Apricots 0 oz
- Prunes 0 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Desiccated coconut 0 oz
- White Chocolate 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Condensed Milk 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the dried fruits.
Step 2
Toast the almond flakes (can be replaced with any other nuts) in a skillet for 1–2 minutes, stirring to prevent burning.
Step 3
Chop the dried fruits and nuts in a blender.
Step 4
Combine the cottage cheese and the dried fruit mixture.
Step 5
In a separate blender, whip the softened butter with the condensed milk.
Step 6
Add the whipped butter and condensed milk to the cottage cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Step 7
Prepare the shredded coconut and melted white chocolate in two separate containers.
Step 8
Form balls the size of a walnut from the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 9
Roll in shredded coconut.
Step 10
Drizzle with melted white chocolate and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.
Step 11
Place on a plate and serve.
