- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 2 tablespoons
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 6 pieces
- Fresh Mint ½ bunch
- Raffaello Candies 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the cottage cheese, pineapple juice, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
Step 2
Cut the pineapples into pieces and puree them with a blender, then add to the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 3
Wash the mint, separate the leaves, chop them coarsely, and add to the mixture, then stir.
Step 4
Slightly freeze the Raffaello candies, then cut them in half.
Step 5
Spoon the prepared dessert into a serving dish, and top with the halved Raffaello candies and a sprig of mint.
