Cottage Cheese and Fruit Dessert with Sugar
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Grapefruits to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the cottage cheese with sugar (1.5 tablespoons of granulated sugar or more).
Step 2
Mix the sour cream with sugar (1.5 tablespoons of granulated sugar or more). Rinse the fruits and place them at the bottom of the mold.
Step 3
Prepare the gelatin (according to the instructions on the package). Combine the cottage cheese and sour cream, and mix. This will create a liquid mixture. Slowly pour the gelatin into the cottage cheese and sour cream mixture while stirring. Mix well. Cover all the fruits evenly with the resulting mixture.
Step 4
Place in the refrigerator (for 1–2 hours). Remove, cut into serving pieces, and serve with fruits.
