
Cottage Cheese and Apple Soufflé

Description
You can use almost any fruit or berries instead of apples.
Ingredients
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Apple 1 piece
- Ground Cinnamon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the apple. Add the cottage cheese and egg.
Step 2
Mix everything with a fork.
Step 3
Divide into microwave-safe or oven-safe molds. The soufflé does not rise during baking, so you can fill the molds to the top.
Step 4
Place in the microwave (or oven) for 5 minutes. Check for doneness by touching the top of the dessert — if there is a residue of cottage cheese on your finger, bake for a couple more minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving. You can add raisins.
