- Semi-soft cream cheese 15 oz
- Ground Cinnamon ¼ teaspoon
- Semolina 4 tablespoons
- Light Raisins, Seedless 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Dessert Yogurt ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the apples and grate the flesh. Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, mix it with the apple puree, raisins, add cinnamon, eggs, semolina, sugar, salt, and stir.
Step 2
Place the mixture in a greased baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200°C.
Step 3
Before serving, cut the pudding into portions and drizzle with yogurt.
