Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Sugar 2 spoons
- Apple 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Butter 4 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Semolina 2 spoons
- Sour Cream to taste
- Egg white 1 piece
- Vanillin to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve (you can whip it with a small amount of sour cream) to make it airy.
Step 2
Add the egg yolks mixed with sugar, melted butter, and semolina. Season with salt and vanilla.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the cottage cheese.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with oil and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Spread half of the prepared cottage cheese mixture onto it.
Step 5
Wash the apples, slice them thinly, and arrange them on top of half of the mixture.
Step 6
Spread the second half of the cottage cheese on top. Spread with sour cream and drizzle with whipped egg white until stiff peaks form.
Step 7
Bake at 355°F for about 20 minutes. It is best to serve the casserole hot, but it still tastes great when cold.
