Cottage Cheese and Apple Casserole with Cinnamon
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Oat flakes 4 tablespoons
- Sugar Substitute 15 pieces
- Apple 2 pieces
- Cinnamon to taste
- Vanillin a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs, add vanillin and dissolved sugar substitute tablets.
Step 2
Gradually add the cottage cheese and flour. Whip until the mixture is homogeneous.
Step 3
Cut one apple into cubes and sprinkle with cinnamon. Place it in a baking dish and pour the cottage cheese mixture over it.
Step 4
Cut the second apple in half and slice it very thinly (this can be done with a potato peeler).
Step 5
Arrange the slices on top of the mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 6
The casserole should be baked in the oven for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 390°F.
