  • Vanilla pudding mix 5 oz
  • Dr. Oetker baking powder 0 oz
  • Semolina 0 oz
  • Egg white 3 pieces
  • Raisins 0 oz
  • "Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar" 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the apples (removing cores and skin) and cut them into large pieces. Grease a baking dish (25x30 cm) with butter and evenly arrange the apple pieces at the bottom.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg yolks, butter, lemon zest, and cinnamon. Add the baking powder mixed with the dry pudding and semolina, and mix well. Whip the egg whites into a thick foam, gradually adding the powdered sugar.

Step 3

Gently fold the whipped egg whites and raisins into the cottage cheese mixture.

Step 4

Spread the mixture over the apples and place it in a preheated oven at 300°F (302 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for 30 minutes.

After baking, let the casserole cool slightly and serve warm.
