  • Oat flakes 0 oz

  • Honey 5 oz
  • Walnuts 0 oz
  • Peanut Sprouts 0 oz
  • Prunes 5 oz
  • Toasted Sesame 0 oz
  • Flaxseeds 0 oz
  • Cocoa Powder 0 oz
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Vanilla salt 0 oz
  • Nutmeg to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Melt the butter in a water bath, mix with vanilla sugar, add honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground walnuts, and flax seeds.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine cornmeal, whole wheat flour, and oat flour, add a little warm water and the egg, and mix well.

Step 3

Combine both mixtures, add cocoa powder, chopped prunes, and mix well until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 170–355°F, spoon the mixture (previously moistened in water) into separate pieces, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake for 20–30 minutes.

Step 5

Let cool and serve with tea, coffee, ice cream, or wine.
