Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 210°F. Place a springform pan (20 cm x 5 cm) on a baking sheet.

Step 2

Mix the melted butter with the crushed cookies. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to create a smooth, even layer that adheres closely to the edges.

Step 3

Place high-fat soft cheese in a bowl, add sugar, cream, and corn flour. Mix with a rubber spatula. Add the eggs and beat until smooth.

Step 4

Pour the mixture over the cookie base. Shake the pan gently to distribute the filling evenly. Smooth the surface with a spoon or your finger to eliminate any bubbles or unevenness.

Step 5

Bake the cheesecake on the middle rack of the oven for 1.5 hours, until the cake is set. The center should remain slightly soft. Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature before serving. Do not refrigerate the cheesecake, as it will become rock hard.
