Ingredients
- Egg white 1 piece
- Turnips 5 oz
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Shortcrust Cake Mix 20 oz
- Veal Tenderloin 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Roll out the pastry and cut into 4 circles with a diameter of 18 centimeters. Mix the meat, finely chopped onion, and turnip with water. Add salt and pepper.
Step 2
Divide the filling among the circles, brush the edges with egg, and seal. Leave in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 355°F and bake for another 45 minutes.
