Ingredients
- Coconut flakes 2 cups
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Raisins 5 oz
- Vanillin ½ teaspoon
- Butter 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Whip the cold egg whites until stiff peaks form, gradually adding the sugar mixed with vanillin. Combine the cornflakes, raisins, and whipped egg whites, and spoon them onto a well-greased and preheated baking sheet, preferably using a round spoon; then place the sheet in a low-temperature oven for 30–40 minutes, allowing the cookies to dry out and brown (to the color of almond cookies).
Step 2
Once the cookies are ready, remove them from the sheet with a spatula or sharp knife and transfer them to a serving plate.
