Corn soup with crab meat
Ingredients
- Canned Corn 3 cans
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion ½ pieces
- Milk 0 qt
- Paprika to taste
- Ginger to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sesame bun to taste
- Crab Meat to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the onion and grate the carrot. Sauté in olive oil until slightly softened.
Step 2
Add the corn along with its juice. Cover and simmer everything together for 5 minutes.
Step 3
In a pot, heat the milk. Add the vegetables. Cook on low heat for 15–20 minutes, until the carrots and onions are tender. Five minutes before it's done, add spices to taste.
Step 4
Blend until smooth. Strain through a sieve to remove the corn husks.
Step 5
Cut the crab meat, add it to the plate with the puréed soup, and garnish with sesame seeds.
