Corn Puree Soup with Chicken Fillet
Ingredients
- Milk 25 fl oz
- Chicken fillet 15 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Sweet Corn Sticks 4 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet.
Step 2
Steam or boil the corn and remove the kernels (canned corn can be used as a substitute).
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and carrot, and sauté in vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Add the corn and cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer the vegetables, corn, chicken fillet, and broth to a blender and puree.
Step 5
Pour everything into a pot, add 700 ml of milk, and bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Add salt to taste.
Step 6
Let it sit for 10 minutes and serve.
