Ingredients
- Corn Flour for Polenta ¼ cup
- Roasted Peanuts ½ cup
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Milk 1 cup
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Butter 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a food processor, finely chop the hazelnuts (without the skin). Add both flours, sugar, baking powder, and salt, and mix well again. Then add the lightly beaten eggs, milk, and softened butter. Mix everything again.
Step 2
Heat a pancake skillet and lightly grease it with vegetable oil. Cook the pancakes as usual, flipping them after about 3 minutes on each side. Serve with butter, maple syrup, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
