Soak the corn kernels overnight.

- Honey 5 oz
- Sweet Corn Sticks 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the prepared corn kernels in the same water they were soaked in over high heat. The kernels should turn white.
Step 2
Simmer the honey over low heat. You can check its readiness by taking a drop of honey and dropping it into cold water: it should break.
Step 3
Add the cooked corn to the hot honey and stir until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Place on plates and serve.
