Ingredients
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil ¼ cup
- Ground Cinnamon to taste
- Nuts 0 oz
- Raisins 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Corn Flour for Polenta 7 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix vegetable oil with sugar. Add crushed nuts, raisins, and cinnamon.
Step 2
Add 2 eggs. Mix everything together.
Step 3
Add corn flour. If the dough is too liquid, add a little more flour. If using flour without baking soda, add 0.5 teaspoons of baking soda to the flour.
Step 4
Scoop with a teaspoon (or tablespoon) onto a greased baking sheet (depending on the desired cookie size).
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F for 10 minutes.
